Since this occured I changed network hardware and it has not occured since.
I realize that this makes my information somewhat less relevant.

On login, NetworkManager segfaulted (and nm-applet disappeared). It's
worked fine on previous logins. Apologies for the lack of info, but
this crash had no discernable cause.

Immediately after login, wired network failed to connect. I manually
select Auth eth0, network manager got the DHCP connection after a few
seconds. But Apport launched, complaining about the error in this bug.

This happened to me after i returned from hibernation. Restarted with
sudo NetworkManager and it works fine now.

Apparently this happened to me, also, and I didn't even notice.
Had all kinds of problems with Alphas 3,4 and 6, but most seem to haver gone
with the Beta.
Well done developers say I: ity is simple to just click the work online
button in Evolution, compared to the hassles in the Alphas.
