Since this occured I changed network hardware and it has not occured since. I realize that this makes my information somewhat less relevant. Immediately after login, wired network failed to connect. I manually select Auth eth0, network manager got the DHCP connection after a few seconds. This happened to me after i returned from hibernation. Apparently this happened to me, also, and I didn't even notice. Had all kinds of problems with Alphas 3,4 and 6, but most seem to haver gone with the Beta.
