Hm, http://translate.google.com/translate_t?prev=hphl=enjs=ytext=onfile=sl=fitl=enhistory_state0=#en|fi|yes says that kyllä and juu mean yes, but Finnish on means is in English, not yes. I'm not saying that I trust google translate too much, but do you have a better reference about the meaning of on in Finnish? Upstream always requires some references before making such changes.
