The solution is to blacklist acer_wmi module, i.e. to have the following
config file :
$ cat /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist-acer.conf
blacklist acer_wmi
Probably acer_wmi should use whitelists instead of blacklists. It just
has to be blacklisted too often.

Bluetooth adapter is not even visible in lsusb (only webcam 064e:a219 and
cardreader 0bda:0138)
Fn+F3 does not help.
I remember seeing this Bluetooth in lsusb some kernel versions ago

Renaming /lib/firmware/ath3k-2.fw to ath3k-1.fw just helped me to resolve
bluetooh problem.
