For the logs, you open the nautilus file browser, and go to your home
folder (~ means your user's home). The . in front of cache means
that it's a hidden folder, so to show it you click the menu View Show
hidden files. Now you'll be able to navigate to .cache/ubuntuone/log

Thanks a lot for your report. I'm not sure how to reproduce it, could you
please add the steps you are following?
A screenshot of the error would also be useful. And any logs you have in your
home directory: ~/.cache/ubuntuone/log
