Uploaded fixes for the Ubuntu archive and the PPA (the latter due to it not
yet being published in the Ubuntu Archive).
Packages should be available as soon as they build and publish in the
PPA.

Thanks, this will resolve a bunch of update issues in bionic. Also
interested to know if the newer wsman helps or hinders AMT devices.
