I actually installed libgphoto2-2_2.4.5-1ubuntu1_i386 and libgphoto2-port0_2.4.5-1ubuntu1_i386 from karmic's packages and it didn't solve my sansa e260 problem. it was solved by the patched up libgphoto2 however. Connecting the device now outputs this to my log: Jun 4 10:31:18 nimbus kernel: [
