Unfortunately it doesn't have a subsection for individual themes yet, because there is no way for USC to distinguish them from other packages. We can distinguish icon themes because they have package names ending in "-icon-theme", but (as far as I know) there's no equivalent way to distinguish GTK or Metacity theme packages. Probably the way to fix this would be to (1) implement debtags support in Launchpad <http://launchpad.net/bugs/57418>, (2) ensure that each theme package in Ubuntu has the appropriate debtag, and (3) use that debtag to add a new subsection in USC.
