I have to agree with Corey. I never used this feature in Windows XP, and the first thing _I_ did, was to deactivate it. I think this feature is one of those that are either loved or hated. Hasting such a decision would be a bad thing. And since most of the applications are now using tabs, I think the need for it is smaller than it was before.
