I read an article today about how Apple iCloud encrypts user data. It left me
wishing Ubuntu One encrypted user data.
Personally, I don't use cloud services unless my data is encrypted before it
leaves my computer.

We discussed this on IRC and after going through bug 577595 [1], it
seems optimal to add the dependency as a Suggests. I've also asked the
upstream Kile developer if he can drop the utf8x package from the
templates.
