Consider not to install all optional dependencies.
sudo - i
apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade
apt-get install --no-install-recommends liferea
Regarding http://packages.ubuntu.com/wily/liferea
consider to run also:
apt-get install --no-install-recommends gnome-keyring
