Indeed the training manual is a non-commercial license, but why not make
your own:
The site https://help.ubuntu.com/, if you look at the

this site is covered under the creative commons license; as is the
https://help.ubuntu.com/

Well that's just great. Now I have to spend time writing a whole new
manual. Oh well When I get it finished I will release it here as
totally free.

The last I checked the Official Ubuntu Book published by Prentice Hall is
licensed under the CC-BY-SA license which is sold for profit. Also the
Ubuntu-Docs are licensed under the same license as well. I agree that the
CC-BY_SA mihgt be better.
