Changes missing from yakkety-changes list?
Hi all,
I didn't want to post this to the changes list itself as this doesn't
seem like a change...
It seems that there are changes to packages in Yakkety that are not
included in the changes mailing list. For example, VLC is at 2.2.4 [1]
but the mailing list [2] only has 2.2.2:

> 80820: vlc (2.2.2-5build1) yakkety; urgency=3Dmedium

Another example is biber [3] which has been updated to 2.5 in Yakkety
but has no notification on the mailing list:

There are other oddities, for example:
$ ag "texlive-bin \(" yakkety-changes.mbox
51513:texlive-bin (2015.20160222.37495-1build1) yakkety; urgency=3Dmedium
51555: texlive-bin (2015.20160222.37495-1build1) yakkety; urgency=3Dmedium
338723:texlive-bin (2016.20160513.41080-2build1) yakkety; urgency=3Dmedium
338768: texlive-bin (2016.20160513.41080-2build1) yakkety; urgency=3Dmedium
$ ag "texlive-base \(" yakkety-changes.mbox
texlive-bin [4] shows up, texlive-base [5] does not. texlive-bin is
also not up-to-date with the current source package version
(2016.20160513.41080-3) [4],[6].
I may be missing something about the intended behaviour of the list
but wanted to check.
