keepalived is already packaged, but I can see that upstream version
1.2.7 is available. Ubuntu and Debian have 1.2.2; 1.2.6 is available in
experimental.

Please specify which upstream release you are requesting, and consider
filing a bug with Debian to have Debian update to the latest upstream
version.
