I confirm that I too have this problem. The skype icon varies each time
- sometimes it is really badly distorted and sometimes it is normal,

I ran the two tests and this is what happened:
1. I removed the driver line from xorg.conf and after logging out
/var/log/Xorg.0.log shows that I am using the intel driver. Everything works as
expected, no problems.
2. I renamed /etc/X11/xorg.conf and after logging out there was no new

The acer aspire one's media card reader is not exposed at first boot. When a
media card is inserted, the device appears.
In older releases, the pciehp module would discover the device being enabled.
In jaunty, this is no longer the case.
