I get this on startup when chrome is running in the background. And
then tabs in chrome randomly crash. Only happened after upgrading to
utopic, same chrome version otherwise booting to the kernel from
trusty doesn't help either.

For me, the passowrd text box often just doesn't show up at all the
rest of the UI is there, but not the text box.
Sometimes I can click on guest session from the gear menu to get it

That one appears to be cut off at a million lines, and doesn't contain
the full panic output, and nothing before the panic, which would be very
helpful.

So, yes, this is something that should be fixed, however, if you have
access to the database, you can just add data to it to tell Juju to spin
up a unit on the bootstrap node that runs as root and you can then do

Public bug reported:
I got a notice that not all upgrades could be run, as shown in the
attached image. The problem is that the UI is confusing.
There's a partial upgrade button, whose purpose is clear, but there's
alternatively a continue button, and I have no idea what that will do.
