I'm using Ubuntu Karmic 9.10. After the last update (didn't update for about a
week) DNS resolving stopped working for my Mobile broadband connection.
Adding the DNS servers by hand (nm-applet-Mobile Broadband-IPv4-DNS Server)

I'm not sure that this is a kernel problem as the mighty mouse works
fine in jaunty + karmic (2.6.31) kernel.

My ubuntu jaunty kernel is 2.6.30. Tried with 2.6.31 and jaunty = doesn't work.

This bug seems to be fixed by the xserver-xorg-video-intel 2:2.6.1-1ubuntu2
update.
After upgrading my system today I can't reproduce this bug. The only problem is
fullscreen mode with Professor Fizzwizzle (and this seems to be a KWin desktop
effect problem).

Removing Option AccelMethod UXA - EXA is used: same problem + KDE is
extreme slow

When I try to start an application/game in fullscreen mode or switch to

As wrote before hal-info_20081124-0ubuntu1 breaks the detection of nokia
e51 phones by nm0.7. This is a REGRESSION from the intrepid release and
this bug report is valid again.

flawless on my HP nx7400 notebook. But after the upgrade today the notebook

I can confirm that suspend doesn't work with linux-2.6.24-7 (made an
update of my ubuntu hardy system 10 min ago). I attach the dmesg.txt

After further research I discovered, that Virtual values bigger than
2048 cause this problem. As stated before only Hardy is affected, values

I can reproduce this error on a second machine.
Affected is only ubuntu Hardy (gnome 2.21.90, xserver 1.4.1~git..,
xserver-video-intel-2.2.0.90). The problem doesn't occur with ubuntu Gutsy on
the same machine, so this is a REGRESSION and therefore this bug should be
reopened.

I'm sorry, but I really think this is a grave bug and not a support problem.
The Virtual entry for the xorg.conf file is well documented and necessary
for using a dual screen configuration with xrandr (and X alone works without
problems with it).
