Why would someone want this?
Because it's annoying to have to hit shift-x every time i close the
image viewer and open into another folder. Because it's a simple feature
that SHOULD be part of any image management program.
Not having this feature makes gthumb like the quicktime of linux image
Have also experienced this behavior in gqview. It is not consistent and
I have not been able to reliably produce the effect, but I have seen it
happen. I am using an intel 945 system with onboard intel graphics
adapter.
