problem with orca reading user information

Hi, I don't know if this is a orca or ubuntu problem. I used to be able to read the permissions for users in the root account using orca. However I notice while everything else still reads, the permissions in the add user setting do not read at all anymore. Using the up and down arrow, I get a

Hi, incase anyone else has this problem, here is what I found. I had someone look at the login window, and there was a box to check for admin login. Every time I try to use the login window settings it locks up. I must have unchecked that box. Anyway the root account works, just timing that the
