First one is really good and definitely better... i believe the weather
is a realistic thing and depicting it almost as realistic as possible is

I looked into the ubuntu mobile package files, and figured out what was
done.
There is a proper way, and a quick way.
The proper way would involve adding things into gconf.
The quick way is just as follows:
1) Add a Custom Application Launcher to the panel you would like.

2.0 on a Mac 3,1 (I'm pretty sure).

Copying to FAT drives is a lot, lot slower than copy Ext3 to Ext3.

i've installed ubuntu 8.10 with wubi.
i'm a complet beginner with linux.
the system works fine but orca often stops speaking.
i can stop it with insert+q and restart with alt+f2: orca
but it's quite anoying.
i've red several messages about that problem, but don't know where to start

descontinuados, o que na verdade quer dizer que você perdeu o suporte, não
há mais atualizações, nem mesmo de segurança, e sequer é possível instalar
programas pelos repositórios principais, o que talvez traga uma experiência
bem ruim

On 8.10 (and 9.04) RUN_MODE is controlled by a medium debconf question
and defaults to RUN_MODE=daemons... so I guess you switched it to
RUN_MODE=inet manually at one point ?
