Well which repository have you added? also try and rename your .kde folder to
something like : .kde_old : using a tty and then login with KDM.
Many users are experiencing this as there is a migration problem with the new
packages.

Please see bug 654236 and 654241, the consumer key id issue was sorted
out, i had to switch the consumer key id with a new one which i created
for Kubuntu
