I tested a bit more:
youtube works, but for example if you go to www.libero.it with firefox and with
konqueror you will miss some flash parts... maybe has built-in
and about the www.libero.it - it looks the same in my konqueror and
firefox (only in konq it has green background while white in firefox),
the ads in both browsers are filtered out by adblock.
sorry but... OF COURSE if you block flash with a plugin then you cannot
understand if it works or not

the bug report.
Firefox nightly is just fixed and patch will be pushed into firefox 3.0 beta2,

I add that I had no problem with Feisty and now with Gutsy I have this problem.
Top doesn't show the process that causes this, but with a superkaramba theme I
can see that the cpu goes at 100%
The bad thing is very difficult to understand which is the exact

well I don't think it's only a kdetv issue, the fact that the process
become unkillable let me think that can be a bttv module bug...

Javier there is a workaround, change the config file and start the update in
text mode, this worked around for me.

I have also this problem, when two or more webcams are plugged then default
audio device can be taken by one of them, when only one is plugged then all is
ok.
So this bug is not fully patched!

guys stop spamming and confirming, this bug is known at 100%.
If you upgrade from supported tool then evms will be automatically removed (I
saw that it's removed in a Feisty-Gutsy upgrade) if you are not using official
upgrade method then don't expect that all will work.
