I already submitted a bug report for this, but I'm curious to learn
how this process works. So, icon-slicer has a bug where the hotspot
location read from a separate file ignores the y-coordinate, choosing
instead to take the x-coordinate for both. It ended up being a silly
typo that somehow lasted 6 years before any found it...

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/icon-slicer/+bug/339044

Anyway, I fixed the typo, but I don't know how the changes should be
submitted... How does the icon-slicer team do things (if there is such
a team)? I would very much like this bug fix to eventually be included
in Ubuntu (or even the freedesktop.org site), since I'm sure this bug
has plagued more users than me over the years. I'm willing to help in
any way possible.

Thanks,
