I've taken the time to create a bug report for a generic concept of unified communication. If we had an API that allowed to just plug in external services into the Ubuntu Touch platform then adding VoIP telephony and proprietary protocols (Skype, Viber, WhatsApp,Slack, etc.) would just be plugins!
