[Ubuntu-phone] Landing team 06.10.16

Hello everyone, Two landings today: a new telephony-service for a fix for the no-SMS-notifications bug (woo!) and a new ubuntu-ui-toolkit release with many many various bugfixes (please see [1] for details). Nice to see one of the priority bugs fixed - let's hope we'll get changes for the rest

Mattias, >From your logs I tried the URL that it's trying to play in Google Chrome on my desktop. It looks like that URL doesn't work by default and is perhaps missing some cookie information. Either that podcast stream isn't working correctly from the server side, or Podbird isn't quite passing
