Hey all,
for various debugging purposes I want to temporarily boot a modified
kernel on krillin. My idea was to build the kernel, take the boot.img
from the OTA-4 image device tarball, update the boot.img with the
new
kernel, and then use the fastboot boot command to boot it once:

to switch to software rendering in order to get around a segmentation fault in

In the future it would be awesome, if one could use the native Ubuntu
Touch virtual keyboard and does not have to rely on xvkbd.
My gutfeeling was that this should be doable. The native keyboard is Maliit,
which is the same that's used in the Jolla and in the (dormant?/defunct?)
