looks like Telekom (Cosmote) and Orange have status = forbidden

Sorry Chris Xia but I am trying to help so I proceed with operators that I get
here in my region.
I make the tests request by Jonas. Here is the operators list.
I can tell you that "SFR" is missing in this list.
$ /usr/share/ofono/scripts/list-operators
[ /ril_1 ]
[ /ril_1/operator/20820 ]
We do little except ignore blacklisted operators in System Settings.
Please attach the output of the following command to this bug:
$ /usr/share/ofono/scripts/list-operators
