@Jim The last time I experienced this issue was last night at around 21:00 hrs. I couldn't pick up the call because of no ring. Then I called the same person after ~5 minutes and asked them to call me back in an attempt to reproduce the issue. They called after ~5 minutes, but this time the ringer

I have experienced the same for Telegram and gmail notifications too. No sound alert and screen doesn't turn on, but as soon as I press the power button to turn the screen on, message tone is heard and all the notifications bubbles keep popping up one after another. ** Also affects:

** Description changed: I've experienced this strange issue 4-5 times after OTA-12. It seems pretty random and is hard to reproduce. When I get an incoming call, the screen turns on, the incoming call pop up appears, but there is no sound at all even though the phone is not in silent mode

@Pat yes, you're right. I answered the first call after 5-6 seconds. In case of the second one, the caller aborted the call after 5-6 seconds. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Phonedations bugs, which is subscribed to ofono in Ubuntu.

Excuse this naive comment, but if I'm not mistaken, while the phone rings on an incoming call, pressing the power button pauses the ringtone. Is it possible that the same/similar action is simulated here even when the user is not pressing the power button? -- You received this bug notification
