This appears to be a regression in version 1.3 of the UITK.
The browser has an AddressBar component which contains a TextField, and
the secondaryItem for this TextField is a MouseArea (for toggling the
bookmarked status of the current address). This component is unit

We need to have a story for minimum window dimensions. Apps shouldn't
shrink smaller than their contents can reasonably adapt. The UI toolkit
gallery itself is an example of it, at a certain width the window clips
components at the right side.

Essentially every time that I use the emulator, the Dash crashes, or has
never started at all. This makes the emulator approximately unusable,
and there seems to be no way to start the Dash from the UI (and whatever
process should restart the Dash after a crash doesn't seem

Currently unity8 shell has a partial implementation of orientation
support. It trusts applications to rotate their own contents, if they
want to. The shell doesn't reposition the panel (at the top)
