[SDK] no way to disable
PageHeadState is now deprecated. Instead, simply set a different
PageHeader for the Page.header property. See
https://developer.ubuntu.com/en/blog/2016/02/24/pageheader-tutorial/
Also, in UITK 1.3, we have a completely new palette and all the
highlight colors should be good now.
