If this is a duplicate of anything, I think it's #181188, which resolves
iscsid not stopping correctly. However

I'm on Intrepid up to date, and while trying to compile PHP-GTK I have
the same error. My version of php5 package is 5.2.6-2ubuntu4. The fix :
cd /usr/share/aclocal
cat lt~obsolete.m4 ltoptions.m4 ltsugar.m4 ltversion.m4 libtool.m4
Didn't make a difference. I think this bug should be reopened.

fully updated intrepid and this line appears at shutdown (take out the splash
line in your kernel command in grub to see it) :
