Will likewise5 be available on hardy or only on jaunty? It would be
great for business/enterprise stuff to be able to run likewise5 on hardy
for AD connectivity, since hardy is LTS.

Maybe discontinued, but package still available and if user install apparmor,
mysql will work poorly.
By default, apparmor installed in Hardy and Interpid. Don't know how about new
Janty.

It would be useful for this to be compatible with the driver update CD
implementation already in casper, which uses /ubuntu-drivers/kernel-
version/. I'd be happy to add the LSB release as a lookup alternative
for casper, but /ubuntu-drivers/ was chosen to avoid confusion with

Actually, just removing apparmor-utils should not prevent apparmor from
protecting applications, but it also shouldn't have helped your problem. Please

Unfortunately I've decommissioned the machine. However I do know that I
didn't manually specify any TLSCipherSuite directives in the slapd.conf.
The hardy slapd.conf man (5) file still references the TLSCipherSuite
format accepted by OpenSSL (e.g.: TLSCipherSuite HIGH:MEDIUM:+SSLv2),
