auth-update not saving changes to the pam_krb5 module options. Would
you mind testing the libpam-runtime 1.1.1-2ubuntu3 package in lucid-

I've had this same problem on a Lucid Lynx upgrade on all of our
servers.
It tried to upgrade 8.3.4 to 8.3.7
Version: 2.6.32-22-generic-pae
Upgraded from 2.6.31-19-generic-pae using do-release-upgrade
Server: PowerEdge 2650
After install, DRBD does not start:

After upgrading to lucid, squid ignores the setting of SQUID_MAXFD in
/etc/default/squid and always uses 1024 file descriptors, which is too
few for a busy proxy.
The old /etc/init.d/squid used to contain:

It seems autofs is completely broken for me not only does the service
not start automatically it doesn't mount NFS shares on manual start.
Here is what I have tried
$ sudo service autofs restart
autofs start/running, process 4590
in syslog I see

We have two options for an 'easy' fix:
1) Install sysstat from your desired package manager
2) Delete the cron.d entry named /etc/cron.d/sysstat
I theorize we're all installing and uninstalling sysstat (with unclean
script removal.)

I spent some more time on this, and it appears my leak is related to
multipath. Shutting down multipath (multipath -F; service multipath-
tools stop) stops the leak. Alvin also appears to have multipath

I am trying to use postfix with cyrus. Since the debian postfix runs
chrooted by default and since the version of cyrus shipping with Lucid
has the location of the saslauthd socket hard-coded, it seems like the
best idea is to run separate saslauthd daemons for these

off their site, and it's now working perfectly. Just in case anyone was
