Ubuntu runs modemmanager as a native upstart service. nut-server ends up
running in parallel (on my system, probably a matter of timing).
I'll push this back to Debian once I've fixed up in Ubuntu.

I have an idea for a new feature for ClamAV. The scanner can be set to
shutdown the system when the scan is complete. This is useful in times
when an individual sets up a scan before they go do other tasks
