munin-cron fails to start. Trying to start it manually (using munin user
with command: /usr/bin/munin-cron --debug) crashes with the error:

files that can be manipulated correctly only trough openlapd tool's by
owning all rights to file's,... even opening (no changes nade) openlapd
file whit gedit will detroy CRC ! For same reason I give only access to

just to make sure, did you permanently disable ksm? Does
cat /sys/kernel/mm/ksm/run
still show 0?
I've so far never seen a case where a reboot did not fix the issue,
nor have I seen an issue (other than suspending the host sometimes
causing the VM to hang so that I have to destroy

I disabled KSM by setting /etc/default/qemu-kvm to have:
KSM_ENABLED=0
and did 'sudo restart qemu-kvm'. I also rebooted before seeing the
problem. Since then, I downgraded to saucy's qemu-kvm which reset
KSM_ENABLED=1. I didn't specifically check /sys/kernel/mm/ksm/run and of
course now this is

It is impossible to use Samba 4.1.6 from Ubuntu 14.04.1 as an AD DC in
production.

I think that if you restart any Domain Controller, it will trigger this
error on others DCs. Because I just restart my PDC (ubuntu-ad-1) and
I think the recent change that caused this problem was where I told my
router (a WRT54GL running Tomato) to start writing logfiles to a Samba
share. greyhole --logs reported that the logfile was being held open. I
turned off logging, rebooted the router, stopped Samba, made sure all
its processes
More info: the router logs bandwidth usage information to the same Samba
share; it's done that for over a year and a half with no issues.

commands. If the kvm-img command goes away while libvirt is running,
then it continues to try to use kvm-img, and this error occurs.
