If this wont be fixed in Grizzly, then the offending python-
quantumclient commit should be pulled from grizzly repos. It cannot be
left in place without package remaining broken.

This also Effects 1.6.2 CentOS release. When ADDRPERNET is set to 256 it
causes same behavior with this error:
