Both work for me, although the first probably should not. I have libcgroup

Ubuntu 15.10 Wily Werewolf.
Is this going to be fixed in Vivid? It's randomly crippling my server on
reboots. Can I install the Wily version on 15.04?

Same problem as bug #574773 but happening on Ubuntu 14.04 Trusty Tahr.
It looks like the upstart script was removed and there is an /etc/init.d
script that just doesn't work properly.
It can be fixed by copying the upstart script from 12.04.
** Affects: screen (Ubuntu)
Does anyone know how to add Trusty Tahr to the effects box above? I have
a feeling that this bug report won't be looked at since a fix has
already been submitted for an old version of Ubuntu.

I am having this problem with Ubuntu 14.04.
There is an /etc/init.d/screen-cleanup script instead of an /etc/init
/screen-cleanup.conf script unlike 12.04.
Is this intended?
