At this point, it looks like there's something wrong in Samba that
causes the usershares to not be exported, so I'm reassigning this bug to
that package instead.

I'm pretty sure it's not a nautilus-share issue. Nautilus-share only
deals with the output of net usershare info and manages user shares
via the net usershare add and net usershare delete commands. If net
usershare info says that the share exists, then as far as nautilus-

The problem is with nautilus, respectively the handeling of the sharing
icons by nautilus.

Reassigning to samba, since it looks like it's failing to create a

Okay, I think I've found the issue, based on a crash with liferea:-
At wins.c:95, we have
DEBUGLEVEL = 0;
Somewhere in source3/include/debug.h, we have
#define DEBUGLEVEL *debug_level
extern int DEBUGLEVEL;
In source3/lib/debug.c, we have:
int DEBUGLEVEL = debug_all_class_hack;
Based on this,
Okay, here's an updated patch which actually compiles, and I'm not
getting the bug on my machine any more.

As per Václav Šmilauer's post, all that's required after the samba
installation is a restart of the session, i.e. logging out and logging
back in. The current nautilus-share prompts the user after the auto-
installation of samba (and libpam-smbpass) to restart the session.
Hence, I'm marking this
I'm reassigning this to samba, because this is a bug of the 'net'
