Images can be downloaded on the uec-images pages.
The Karmic release is here -

i know it
but it's not easy to download in my country
so i suggested that uec-images can be mirror in apt-get

the page of download is too slow
and
i have a suggestion that
the image maybe storage in apt-get repository
it make easy to download and testing
