Running in chroot, ignoring request.
invoke-rc.d: policy-rc.d denied execution of start.
And happily continues.

Having deployed vivid-kilo-proposed with openstack-charm-testing, I'm initially
unable to launch instances, because ovs-vsctl errors out:
ovs-vsctl: unix:/var/run/openvswitch/db.sock: database connection failed
(Protocol error)
Restarting openvswitch-switch resolves the iss

byobu-enable adds to ~/.profile:
> _byobu_sourced=1 . /usr/bin/byobu-launch
This line fails if the file doesn't exist, e.g. if you uninstalled byobu
or your profile is sourced in a chroot.
It could make sense to only try and source the file if it exists, or
ignoring the lac
I built a HEAD package (ppa:saviq) as mentioned in the upstream bug, and
indeed that helps.

Yes, with stock kernel I've not encountered that issue, but then we
should be aware of that for the lts-quantal-backport kernel, but I'm not
sure where to file that...
