by the system default of net.netfilter.nf_conntrack_max (65536). As the
typical use scenario for Nova can easily exhaust that, nova-network

vmbuilder doesn't clean up
I was having this issue as well.
What I tried was I disabled my WINS Server in my smb.conf wins support
= no and reinstalled Samba. It installed successfully. Rebooted my PC
and it was working again.
I didn't need WINS anymore and was meaning to disable it anyways, but if
you need WINS Server

Note that this seems to also affect a lot of the Banshee addins too. I
did a search on the Samba bugzilla (https://bugzilla.samba.org) and
wasn't able to find any relevant (open) bug reports. I'd highly
recommend promoting this upstream, unless it's already fixed in Samba
3.5.6, which isn't in any
#15 worked for me as well. I also set NEED_STATD=yes in /etc/default
/nfs-common.
But autofs should only depend on statd if it is mounting NFS volumes.
autofs can be used with other filesystems besides NFS.
