Binary package hint: dhcp3-server
After I put my laptop to sleep and wake it back up, it fails to issue
dhcp leases until i restart dhcp3-server. Ubuntu version is 8.04,
dhcp3-server version is 3.0.6.dfsg-1ubuntu9.
