Hi, please consider updating the open-vm-tools package to the latest
version. I could not use the Share Folder feature with VMware Fusion on
Ubuntu 15.10 now and it really bothers me.
Thanks!

Any resolution on this? This bug prevents asterisk from working with
FreePBX on 14.04 without manually loading the modules after asterisk

I have been having difficulties trying to set up Pacemaker, CoroSync,
STONITH and DRBD on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS.
It appears that the port of dlm to Ubuntu has not taken into account the
fact that the Ubuntu distro uses file system locations that differ from
those used by the distro where dlm was
This was a long time ago. Laptop is long gone, so is that release. I

I have successfully built vms by adding the line
removepkg = cron
to the [ubuntu] section of the .cfg file and then installing cron after the vm
is up and running.
This was suggested in a

I can confirm that this runs successfully on 10.04 Lucid - the only
change to the cfg file is the name of the suite.

Public bug reported:
vmbuilder reports error invoke-rc.d: policy-rc.d denied execution many
times and either doesn't work properly or crashes. I've tried this on a
12.04 Precise server and desktop - both fail. I was able to do this on
10.04 Lucid. Desktop output and cfg file contents follow:
Initial testing shows a crash from the error message there. A version
with the error message pulled out seems to be functioning.
There may be additional code from 2.3.9 that the Ubuntu version doesn't
have and needs to support the error message.

You actually need two commits for this fix.
This one is the 5.3 branch commit for the first commit:
http://svn.php.net/viewvc?view=revisionrevision=321038
There was a fix to that commit later:
http://svn.php.net/viewvc?view=revisionrevision=321335
I've combined both of these patches into one
Also, I might bump this up a little higher than medium. This is a
verified bug with trivially reproducible DoS capability.

Somehow, this problem got resolved because it seemed to install when I

I couldn't duplicate the situation again if I tried a thousand times.
