So it's freeipa-server apache config that causes it, not mod_nss. Turns
out it's mod_wsgi, this is enough to reproduce the failure:

According to http://directory.fedoraproject.org/wiki/389_Change_FAQ all
references to this server and packages built for it should be renamed to
389. This happened as of sometime May. I think their FAQ explains the

Adding samba4 to the mix, as the new PAC responder needs it. It's
currently disabled from the package, but I'll re-enable once R opens.
Also, I'd rather just sync it from Debian if we could get libsemanage in
main as well. There's no other diff than what's caused by the rather
artificial

that MIT krb5 was the defacto default on Ubuntu (and Debian, where the
heimal-dev dependency comes from).

The fix to this issue got applied upstream and I uploaded it to precise
(referred to the duplicate bug on the changelog, boo).
Please reopen if you still see it with libldap 2.4.28-1.1ubuntu3.
