you are right Paul, I was running 2 instances.
First I was installing LAMP server in my desktop (using tasksel).
the dialog box of dbconf was opened and I didn't see it.
I tried later using CLI.
after the fisr reboot I get this error.
know I don't have this error .

I try to reinstall via CLI and synaptic before I see it and finish the install
via the dialog box
but I still get this issue after reboot !
