Public bug reported:
I had configured Postfix to have no configuration. After I installed
DNSMasq, and disabled dns=dnsmasq in
/etc/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.conf, and started the service, there
were errors reported because of Postfix not having any configuration:
/usr/sbin/postconf: fatal:
Sorry, I do not have any of that any more, because I was able to install
it with some tweaking. The problem was that the mysql service was not
stoppable, even after rebooting. So I just killed the process, and then
the process went OK.
