I just tried with the stock config. It seems the problem appears after
"reload squid" is issued.
# !ps
ps -ef|grep squid
root 4828 1899 0 17:27 pts/700:00:00 grep squid
# !start
start squid
squid start/running, process 4849
# !ps
ps -ef|grep squid
root 4849 1 0 17:28 ?
It is an upgrade. I am using the old config file.
