I had the same problem. I tried to perform this fix, but I'm not sure if I did 
it right.

n...@nick-laptop:~$ dpkg-reconfigure bacula-director-mysq

n...@nick-laptop:~$ sudo dpkg-reconfigure bacula-director-mysq

Does this output look right or would you need more information?
