I had already successfully upgraded mu Ubuntu 14.10 to run the new 4.0 kernel
(rebooted nicely):
~$ uname -r
4.0.0-04-generic
So naturally, I decided to perform an early upgrade to Ubuntu 15.04:

OK, my problem is not SAMBA because I tried to install cups first:

Hey I decided that Maybe My Problem is with the packages that seem to be
cross-dependent on each other so that none of them can be completely
installed/configured:
cups-daemon
samba
winbind
cups-core-drivers
cups
unattended-upgrades
So I removed each package using 'sudo apt-get' to see if
