Public bug reported: Hello,
I am running Ubuntu 11.10. Each time I run php, I get : PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/lib/php5/20090626/sqlite.so' - /usr/lib/php5/20090626/sqlite.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0 Actually, in php5-sqlite, in /etc/php5/conf.d/sqlite.ini extension=sqlite.so is declared whereas no sqlite.so shared object is provided in directory /usr/lib/php5/20090626 I do not really know php , but this seems to be teh reason, as about the other extensions sqlite3 and pdo_sqlite, we have the corresponding .so in /usr/lib/php5/20090626 actually, linking ln -s sqlite3.so sqlite.so changes the error message to root@power4:/usr/lib/php5/20090626# php5 PHP Warning: Module 'sqlite3' already loaded in Unknown on line 0 so my diagnostic must be right ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 11.10 Package: php5-sqlite 5.3.6-13ubuntu3.7 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 3.0.0-19.33-generic 3.0.27 Uname: Linux 3.0.0-19-generic x86_64 NonfreeKernelModules: nvidia ApportVersion: 1.23-0ubuntu4 Architecture: amd64 Date: Wed May 23 08:35:48 2012 ProcEnviron: LC_COLLATE=C PATH=(custom, user) LANG=en_US.UTF-8 SHELL=/usr/bin/tcsh SourcePackage: php5 UpgradeStatus: Upgraded to oneiric on 2012-02-04 (108 days ago) modified.conffile..etc.php5.conf.d.sqlite.ini: ; configuration for php SQLite module ;extension=sqlite.so mtime.conffile..etc.php5.conf.d.sqlite.ini: 2012-05-23T08:25:20 ** Affects: php5 (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: amd64 apport-bug oneiric -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Server Team, which is subscribed to php5 in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1003272 Title: starting php generates : Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/lib/php5/20090626/sqlite.so' To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/php5/+bug/1003272/+subscriptions -- Ubuntu-server-bugs mailing list Ubuntu-server-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-server-bugs
